Bonified training is aimed at companies whose work centers are located within the national territory, provide training for their employees, and contribute to the Social Security system for professional training contingencies, regardless of their size or sector.
Below we will try to resolve some questions regarding subsidized training and its processing.
Training is eligible for funding if it is related to the activities carried out by the company, aimed at helping its employees acquire or improve their professional qualifications, and meets the requirements established by the regulations.
Training can be delivered in the following formats: in-person, online (e-learning), and blended (a combination of in-person and online).
The regulations specify a minimum duration of 2 hours for training, but do not set a maximum duration. Instead, they detail that the duration should be appropriate to the objectives and content of the training.
For in-person training, the maximum is 30 participants per course, except for training related to professional certificates, where the maximum is 25 participants per course. For online (e-learning) courses, the maximum is 80 participants per tutor.
At least 7 days in advance.
The company must sign the adhesion document for the management contract and authorize us on the Foundation’s Online Platform. Companies with a Legal Representative for Workers must notify them at least 15 days in advance of their intention to carry out the training, providing the details required by the regulations.
